All donations are processed in a secure transaction environment developed in partnership with the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF); this includes extensive reporting and a fully automatic gift-aid reclaim service so that your organisation can maximise in-memory donations.

We understand how important branding is and our 'Optimum' service gives you the ability to apply your branding across all points of access. The platform will feature your content copy, graphics, fonts, colours, images and weblinks. Your bespoke Remembrance Garden will highlight your fundraisers, Tributes carry your brand whilst customised donation pages and thank you emails help you to establish your initial relationships with new donors. You can even offer the service from within your own web domain or via our API.

Management Tools

At the core of the service is your Partner Area which provides you with real-time controls to administer your scheme including creating and managing funds and events. There are also flexible reporting tools that enable you to track, collect and export your donor information with complete financial breakdowns and a full audit-trail. All provided in a secure environment with a host of other related resources including email notification alerts.

Costs

We offer 2 levels of service. 'Basic' for our core in-memory donation processing service, and 'Optimum', for our enhanced Tribute Fund service complete with intensive branding, bespoke designs and extended functionality. Both services offer hugely economical in-memory donation processing at a considerably lower cost than you can achieve in-house or with other services.
